1. Product Introduction:

The WDW-50 type microcomputer-controlled geotextile testing machine is specifically designed for research and analysis of building materials and their users. The main unit and auxiliary equipment of the testing machine draw on advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, featuring an attractive appearance, easy operation, and stable performance. The computer system controls the servo motor through a speed control system via a SDA controller, which then reduces the speed through a reduction system before driving the moving crossbeam up and down via precision ball screw pairs to complete the compression performance test of samples. This process is pollution-free, low-noise, and highly efficient, with a wide speed range and adjustable crossbeam movement distance, offering broad application prospects. The machine is widely used in spring material inspection and analysis in industries such as building materials, aerospace, and mechanical manufacturing, making it an ideal testing device for spring quality inspection departments.

The machine employs a high-precision, stable servo speed control system and servo motor as the drive system, with the Sida controller serving as the core of the control system. The control and data processing software uses WINDOWS as the interface to display test force, beam displacement, deformation, and test curves on the screen. All test operations can be automatically completed via the computer using a mouse. The user-friendly design makes the test operation more convenient. Integrating all these technologies, the machine can nearly perfectly achieve closed-loop control of parameters such as test force, deformation, and displacement. 3. Main functions and features:

2.1 The Jinan Sida Computer Control System boasts high integration, stable performance, and easy adjustment. It can collect experimental data in real-time and display characteristic curves dynamically. Experimental data files can be saved using the Access common database format, facilitating resource sharing and network management for customers, as well as reanalysis by users. For various word2000 reports customized by users, this software allows easy access, addressing the challenge of different needs for experimental reports among different users or at different times within the same user. The software can process raw data on test force, displacement, time, and deformation, along with the derived curves.

2.2 Protection function: The machine has two kinds of limit protection methods, software and mechanical, the proportion of automatic shutdown when exceeding the maximum load can be dynamically set; it has a variety of protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overload.

2.3 The load and deformation channels can be automatically marked, which is intuitive and convenient. It can also be segmented to fully solve the problem of poor linearity of each sensor.

2.4 Batch test can realize the hierarchical display of the curve, and the curve follows automatically.

2.5 The software can realize user-defined speed setting and computer adjustment of speed. It can also realize high-precision speed calibration and adjust speed gear and code at any time.

2.6 Monitoring test process: the test force, deformation, displacement, curve and other parameters in the test process can be displayed in real time.

2.7 Software permission hierarchical management function: In order to improve the security of software and data, the software can achieve permission management function by setting different password protection.

2.8 Result reproduction function: After the test operation is completed and the disk is stored, the test data can be opened and reanalyzed at any time according to the users needs.
