1、Testing machine host

  • The host adopts a horizontal frame structure, with a cylinder stroke of 1500mm and a maximum distance of 15000mm between stretching aids. The two crossbeams with stretching fixtures, as well as the fixed crossbeam and tension crossbeam, are precision machined using cast steel parts. The truss is made of welded steel and matched on a horizontal machining center for processing. All auxiliary tools are precision machined after heat treatment with alloy steel. The overall design bearing capacity of the frame structure is 400kN, ensuring the precision, stability, and reliability of the testing machine.

  • The adjustment of the tensile test space is achieved through the forward and backward movement of the distal crossbeam. The manual assistance method of inserting the two end pins vertically into the guide rail and the distal crossbeam, operating the pins to achieve crossbeam positioning, and completing the spatial adjustment of the testing machine, is very convenient, with an adjustment step distance of 500mm.

  • The high-precision load sensor used in the host has high comprehensive accuracy, high sensitivity, and good repeatability. After random calibration, it is not affected by external forces during the test, ensuring the accuracy of the test process and parameters.

2、Oil source system

  • The integrated oil source cabinet consists of a hydraulic pump station, oil source control, host control, computer host, etc., making it easy to operate, maintain, protect, and transport. The integrated measurement and control cabinet can accommodate computers, display screens, and printers, with a neat layout that saves space. The maximum working pressure of the oil source system can reach 25Mpa, with a maximum pressure of 30Mpa.

  • The oil cylinder adopts a bi-directional control oil cylinder with multiple seals, and the main force of the oil cylinder is the pushing force. The cylinder barrel, piston, etc. are all made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, which will not cause deformation, wear, or leakage during long-term operation. Imported high-quality sealing rings, wear-resistant rings, dust rings, etc. are selected as sealing components.

3、Measurement and Control System

  • The force measuring element of this product is a high-precision load sensor, and the displacement measuring element adopts a high-precision wire type displacement sensor. The load sensor, displacement sensor, fully digital closed-loop control system, computer, and servo hydraulic system together form a closed-loop measurement and control operating system. Therefore, various test procedures can be set and selected, and the test process can be automatically and accurately controlled, and the test parameters at each stage can be automatically measured to ensure high accuracy of the test.

  • The specialized testing software used for installation is developed on the Windows platform, ensuring easy and universal testing operation, easy and convenient processing, storage, and transmission of test data, and real-time display of test process curves on the monitor.

  • It can achieve long-term continuous rapid loading, holding, and unloading, as well as closed-loop control such as equal rate loading, long-term holding, constant rate unloading, and constant rate displacement.

  • Segmented cyclic control of force, displacement, etc. can be achieved in one experiment, and each control can be smoothly switched between them. The experimental parameters can be automatically controlled and the experimental results can be obtained through computer collection and software processing. Real time display of test curves and results on the microcomputer screen, and printing of test reports and curves on the printer.
