1. Product Introduction

The HBRVS-187.5D digital Rockwell hardness tester has a novel appearance, complete functions, convenient operation, clear and intuitive display, and stable performance. It is a high-tech product that integrates light, machine, and electricity. It can be tested using three types of Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers testing methods, and can meet various hardness testing needs.


2. Product Features

1) Adopting an 8-inch touch screen and high-speed ARM processor, the display is intuitive, human-machine interaction is friendly, and the operation is simple;

2) The body is made of high-quality cast iron and cast in one go, combined with automotive paint treatment technology, resulting in a round and beautiful appearance;

3) The measuring device adopts a grating displacement sensor, which displays the results through the LCD screen and can display and set the test scale, test force, pressure head type, holding time, conversion unit, etc;

4) Equipped with three testing methods: Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers, with multiple levels of testing force, it can meet various hardness testing requirements;

5) The electronic closed-loop control applies test force, fully realizing the automated operation of automatic loading, holding, and unloading of the test force;

6) The combination of high-definition measurement and observation objectives, combined with a high-definition micrometer eyepiece with a built-in length encoder, achieves one click measurement of the indentation diagonal, greatly reducing human interference and reading errors;

7) Built in testing software can correct the hardness value of the machine;

8) Convenient control system that can automatically convert units of full hardness scales;

9) Built in printer and can output data through RS232 port.


3. Application scope

1) Determine the Brinell, Vickers, and Rockwell hardness of black metals, non-ferrous metals, and hard alloys;

2) Brinell hardness of castings, annealed steel, normalized steel, non-ferrous metals, and soft alloys;

3) Rockwell hardness of heat treated materials such as quenching and tempering;

4) Vickers hardness of nitrided layers, ceramics, thin sheets, metal sheets, electroplated coatings, and small parts.
