Introduction to hydrogen:

Working principle of multifunctional hydrogen enrichment machine


The multi-functional hydrogen enrichment machine uses SPE technology to convert water (resistivity greater than 2 m Ω /cm ²), Deionized water and secondary distilled water used in electronic and analytical industries are available. It is sent to the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell. After being energized, the water will immediately decompose at the anode: 2h2o=4h++ 2o-2, which will decompose into oxygen rich ions (O-2), and then release electrons at the anode to form (O2), which will be discharged from the anode chamber and carry part of the water into the water tank. Hydrogen protons, in the form of hydrated ions (h+h2o), reach the cathode through SPE ion membrane under the action of electric field force, absorb electrons to form hydrogen (H2), which is discharged from the cathode chamber and enters the gas-water separator to obtain high-purity hydrogen.

The full name of SPE hydrogen production technology is the production of hydrogen by electrolyzing water with solid polymer electrolyte. The core is the solid polymer electrolyte electrolytic cell, which is composed of DuPont n117 proton membrane plus double-sided platinum coating titanium alloy components sealing components, etc. The membrane module is the core component of the electrolytic cell, which determines the performance of the electrolytic cell and ensures the high purity of hydrogen output from the instrument, stable pressure, safety and sustainability.

Method of use


1. Please add deionized water or secondary distilled water  when opening the bucket cover. The water storage volume should be kept between 1600ml and 2000ml.

2. Before starting up, please pull out the drain pipe to drain a small amount of water, which is used to discharge the air in the pipe and ensure that the water path of the electrolytic cell is unblocked.

3. Turn on the switch of the multi-functional hydrogen enrichment machine. The hydrogen enrichment machine starts to work normally to produce gas. Insert the attached nasal suction tube into the hydrogen outlet on the front panel to breathe hydrogen or make hydrogen rich water.

4. Cut off the bifurcated part of the nasal straw with scissors and change it into a hydrogen guide tube with one end in and one end out. Put the hydrogen guide tube into a water cup and let the hydrogen bubble in the water for 5-10 minutes to produce hydrogen rich water with a content of about 800-1200ppb.

5. The water tank should be kept clean. Clean the water tank once every 3 months and add new purified water.

When cleaning, open the drain pipe in drainage method 2 to directly drain the remaining water in the water tank and add new water. It is convenient and fast without moving the machine.
