In the process of conducting impact tests on metal materials, not only high-precision impact testing machines are required, but also prepared specimens. Our company has developed the LY71-UV type impact specimen notch electric hydraulic broaching machine, which can cut the specimen notch completely in accordance with GB/T229 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method" on the specimen blank in one go. This machine has the advantages of high precision, long lifespan, low noise, and beautiful appearance, making it the preferred model for users in various industries.

2、 Main uses and scope of adaptation

In order to obtain accurate and reliable test data in the resistance to impact strength of test materials, on the one hand, it is necessary to have an impact testing machine with certain accuracy, and on the other hand, we have to use various equipment such as turning, milling, planing, and grinding to spend a lot of time preparing qualified specimens.

In order to meet the needs of users and reduce the difficulties in sample preparation, especially in sample notch manufacturing, we have developed a hydraulic broaching machine for cutting impact sample notches based on various advanced experiences in the field at home and abroad. The model is LY71-UV, which fully meets the requirements of GB/T229 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method" for the accuracy of impact sample notches.

This machine uses a three-phase four wire 380V50Hz power supply, and the voltage change should not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage. The environment should be free of impact vibration and corrosive media. The machine should be installed vertically on a stable foundation. There is a grounding sign next to the power socket below the back of the machine, which requires the machine to be reliably grounded.

The equipment will only be considered as officially delivered after it is officially accepted by the purchaser on site. The equipment warranty period is one year from the official delivery date. During the warranty period, the supplier provides timely and free maintenance services for various equipment malfunctions. Timely and free replacement of all types of parts damaged by non-human factors. The warranty period for the replaced parts shall be recalculated from the date of replacement. During the use of equipment outside the warranty period.
