IIntroduction: 

The domestic microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine started in the early 1990. Our company is one of the enterprises that absorbed leading foreign technology and developed electronic universal testing machines. Plan description:

2.1 host: 

The testing machine uses an AC servo motor as the power source; Adopting advanced chip integration technology and a professionally designed PCI data acquisition, amplification, and control system, the amplification of experimental force and deformation, as well as the A/D conversion process, have achieved full digital adjustment. This machine can test and analyze the mechanical properties of various metals, non-metals, and composite materials, and is widely used in aerospace, petrochemicals, mechanical manufacturing, wires, cables, textiles, fibers, plastics, rubber, ceramics, food, pharmaceutical packaging, aluminum-plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows, geotextiles, films, wood, paper, metal materials, and manufacturing industries. It can automatically calculate the maximum test force value, fracture force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, fracture elongation, tensile elastic modulus, bending elastic modulus, and other test data according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO and other standards.

Meet the requirements of national standards and handle data in accordance with various standards such as GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN, etc. It can meet the user's requirements and the standards provided.

2.1.1 The host mainly consists of a base, crossbeam, and column. The upper, middle, and lower crossbeams form a double space, and the middle crossbeam can achieve stepless lifting. It can simultaneously install stretching and compression attachments, which is conducive to reducing the trouble of disassembling attachments. The column connects the crossbeam into a portal structure, with high strength and good rigidity, ensuring accurate and safe testing.

2.1.2 Motor selection: AC servo motor: can achieve the fastest response frequency of 2.0kHz in the industry, with fast response speed; Smooth movement of the crossbeam, no vibration when stopped, effectively reducing high-precision positioning time, low noise during operation, equipped with the latest controller, controllable speed can achieve the highest level of stable speed in the industry; The protection level meets the TP67 standard, making it more adaptable to the environment.

2.1.3 Reduction system: Adopting synchronous belt transmission and reduction, with low noise, smooth operation, and high speed control accuracy. The company is equipped with a dedicated CNC gear hobbing machine, which effectively ensures the accuracy and roughness of the synchronous belt wheel teeth. The reduction ratio and tensioning method of the synchronous belt are accurately calculated and reasonably designed, ensuring the stable operation of the crossbeam and the long-term good operation of the synchronous belt. 

2.1.4 Sensor: A high-performance sensor specially developed for the testing machine industry, with high accuracy and long service life. It is made of stainless steel material and has good waterproof performance. The protection level can reach IP67.

2.1.5 Transmission system: Select up to 72 precision double nut pre tightening grinding screw processes, precise control of pre tightening force, elimination of transmission clearance, grinding to ensure accuracy, heat treatment process to ensure raceway hardness, smooth transmission of screw, low noise, long service life, and lifelong maintenance free. 

2.1.6 Appearance: The outer cover of the host is made of aluminum alloy material, which is extruded in one go, with high hardness, good rigidity, and no deformation. The surface is treated with frosting, making it overall beautiful and durable. 

2.2 control system: 

2.2.1 The machine adopts a built-in controller, ensuring that the testing machine can achieve closed-loop control of constant displacement and constant testing force. 

2.2.2 Adopting AC servo motors, with stable and reliable performance, equipped with protective devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, and overload. The speed ratio can reach 1:10000. 

2.2.3 The electrical control circuit shall refer to international standards, comply with national electrical standards for testing machines, have strong anti-interference ability, and ensure the stability of the controller and the accuracy of experimental data.

2.2.4 Automatic shifting: Automatically switch to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of measurement data; Real physical zero adjustment, gain adjustment, and automatic shifting, zero adjustment, calibration, and storage of experimental force measurement have been achieved, without any analog adjustment links, and the control circuit is highly integrated 

2.2.5 Conditional storage: The experimental control data and sample conditions can be made into modules, which facilitates batch testing; 

2.2.6 Automatic transmission: During the test, the speed of moving the crossbeam can be automatically changed according to the pre-set program or manually changed;

2.2.7 Automatic calibration: The system can automatically calibrate the accuracy of the displayed values; 

2.2.8 Automatic saving: After the experiment is completed, the test data and curves are automatically saved; 

2.2.9 Process implementation: The experimental process, measurement, display, and analysis are all completed by a microcomputer; 

2.2.10 Batch testing: For samples with the same parameters, they can be set once and completed sequentially;

2.3 software: 

This measurement and control software is used for microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machines to conduct various metal and non-metal (such as artificial boards, etc.) tests. It completes various functions such as real-time measurement and display, real-time control and data processing, result output, and report printing according to corresponding standards. 

2.3.1 Test software: Chinese Windows interface, menu prompts, mouse operation;

2.3.2 Display method: Data and curves are dynamically displayed during the testing process; 

2.3.3 Curve traversal: After the experiment is completed, the curve can be reanalyzed, and the corresponding experimental data for any point on the curve can be found with the mouse;

2.3.4 Curve selection: stress-strain, force displacement, force time, displacement time and other curves can be selected as needed for display and printing;

2.3.5 Test report: The report can be prepared and printed in the format required by the user; It has a network interface for data transmission, storage, printing, recording, and network transmission printing, and can be connected to the internal LAN or Internet network of the enterprise.

2.3.6 Limit protection: equipped with two levels of limit protection: programmable and mechanical;

2.3.7 Automatic shutdown: After the sample fractures, the moving crossbeam automatically stops; 

2.3.8 Overload protection: When the load exceeds 3-5% of the maximum value of each gear, the machine will automatically shut down;

2.3.9 The test software has a built-in standard network interface, through which test data can be transmitted to the network. The software manual and help documents provide detailed instructions and usage configuration methods for this interface. Network software can exchange and transmit data with the test software through this interface. We assist users in networking, but do not separately customize network interfaces for users, nor do we assume the responsibility of negotiating and coordinating with relevant network companies. If it involves dispatching software personnel to provide on-site service to users, corresponding fees will be charged. 


Both automatic and manual modes are used to obtain experimental results and automatically generate reports, making the data analysis process simple.
