The fully automatic pour point analyzer is developed and produced according to the ASTM D6749 standard. It uses the air pressure method to test the pour point and pour point of the sample, requiring only 4.5mL of sample. The measurement process is automatically completed by the instrument without manual intervention, with fast measurement speed and accurate results. The test results are completely consistent with the tilt method described in ISO3016 and ASTM D97.

The testing interval of the sample is 1 ℃, and the test results have better repeatability and reproducibility. The high-precision determination of pour point and pour point using the "pressure method" can effectively avoid the interference of wax like precipitation and ice crystals on the results during the cooling process.
