3. Computer measurement and operation display: 

A high-precision photoelectric encoder is installed at the end of the pendulum shaft, which is used to accurately test the lifting angle of the pendulum and the rebound angle of the pendulum after impact. It can automatically identify the lifting angle and rebound angle, and the number of output level pulses is proportional to the lifting angle or rebound angle of the pendulum. The testing angle accuracy can reach 0.06 °, and the angle resolution can reach 0.015 °. The microcomputer obtains accurate impact energy values through signal processing and calculation.
The software design has an automatic calibration function, which can test the friction energy loss of bearings, pointer friction energy loss, and air resistance energy loss. It can automatically subtract the existing friction energy loss and air resistance loss from the calculation results, making the test results more accurate.

2、 Plan description:


The working principle of this device is to use a high-precision photoelectric encoder and a computer with dedicated measurement and calculation software to detect the difference in potential energy before and after the impact of the pendulum, in order to detect the impact absorption energy and the impact toughness of the material. The display mode is dual display: that is, the dial pointer and the computer are displayed simultaneously. Computers can display impact absorption energy, impact toughness, and automatically process test data and generate test reports. Actions such as swing, return, impact, and release can be manually controlled by a manual control box or automatically controlled by mouse input using computer programs. Test results can be printed in batches or sequentially.

The XT-50 impact specimen projector is an optical instrument developed by our company specifically for testing the processing quality of Charpy V-shaped and U-shaped notches, based on the actual needs of users and the requirements for notches in GB/T229 "Metal Charpy Impact Test Method". This instrument uses optical projection methods to magnify the V-shaped and U-shaped notches of the tested impact specimen by 50 times and project them onto the projection screen. It is compared with the standard template of V-shaped and U-shaped notches on the projection screen to determine whether the tested specimen notch is qualified. Its advantages are easy operation and intuitive comparison.


2、 Plan description:


The light emitted by the light source of this projector is projected onto the measured object through a condenser, and then the magnified outline of the illuminated object is projected onto the projection screen through the objective lens.
