1.Product Overview


(1) Principle


The JB series impact testing machine produced by our company is a product developed strictly in accordance with the national standard GB/T3808 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". It conducts impact tests on metal materials in accordance with the national standard GB/T229 "Charpy Notch Impact Test Method for Metals" and conducts factory inspections in accordance with JJG145-82 "Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". The cross-section of the used pattern is 10 * 10mm. Mainly for testing black metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.
The testing principle of this product is to display the difference between the potential energy before and after the impact of the pendulum on the dial, in order to obtain the absorption energy of the tested sample.

In terms of operation, semi-automatic control is adopted, which is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. The remaining energy after using the pendulum to break the sample can not only automatically swing, but also demonstrate its superiority in continuous impact testing of the sample.

1、Introduction:


The XT-50 impact specimen projector is an optical instrument developed by our company based on the actual needs of users and the notch requirements of impact specimens in GB/T229 "Metal Charpy Impact Test Method". It is specifically designed to test the machining quality of Charpy V-shaped and U-shaped notches. This instrument uses optical projection methods to magnify the V-shaped and U-shaped notch contours of the tested impact specimens by 50 times and project them onto the projection screen, Compare the V-shaped and U-shaped notch standard sample drawings on the projection screen to determine whether the tested sample notch is qualified. Its advantages are easy operation and intuitive comparison.


2、 Plan description:


The light emitted by the light source of this projector is projected onto the measured object through a condenser, and then the magnified outline of the illuminated object is projected onto the projection screen through the objective lens. As needed, this instrument is a single projection illumination, where the light source is projected onto the workbench through a series of optical elements, and then the contour of the tested sample notch is clearly projected onto the projection screen through a series of optical elements. The object is magnified and reflected twice to form a positive image, and the pattern seen on the projection screen is consistent with the orientation of the actual sample placement.
