1.Product Introduction:

The WHW-50 microcomputer controlled ring stiffness testing machine belongs to the multi-functional electronic universal testing machine model. Can be used for pipe testing projects such as ring stiffness, ring flexibility, and flatness. The system uses a high-precision controller and a speed control system to control the rotation of the servo motor. After being decelerated by the deceleration system, the imported precision ball screw pair drives the crossbeam to rise and fall, completing mechanical performance tests such as stretching and compression of the sample. It is pollution-free, low in noise, high in efficiency, and has a wide speed range. Fully comply with the requirements of GB/T19472.2-2004 "Polyethylene (PE) Structural Wall Pipeline Systems for Buried Applications" and GB/T9647-2015 "Determination of Ring Stiffness of Thermoplastic Pipe Materials". This machine adopts a fully digital servo speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance, as well as a servo motor as the driving system. The control and data processing software with WINDOWS as the operating interface realizes the screen display of test force, peak test force, beam displacement, test deformation, and test curve. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse. Good humanized design makes the experimental operation more convenient. Based on the above technologies, this machine can achieve nearly perfect closed-loop control of parameters such as experimental force, deformation, and displacement. Example of ring stiffness test method:

Before the start of the test, input the sample width and pipe diameter, and the program will automatically calculate the deformation amount specified in the standard for the test. After compressing to the standard deformation amount, the machine will automatically stop and display parameters such as deformation amount, maximum tension, stiffness, and test speed on the display. Additionally, the test results (diameter, sample width, deformation amount, force value, and test result (SN)) can be printed on an external printer, And based on this data, the next step of B-level detection can be carried out, and the test results can also be displayed and printed.

1.1 The speed control system adopts servo motors and speed governors, with stable and reliable performance, and protective devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload. The speed range can reach 0.01~500mm/min.

The transmission part adopts arc synchronous toothed belt and precision screw pair transmission, which is stable, low noise, and high transmission efficiency.

2.1 Computer control system has the advantages of high integration, stable performance, and easy adjustment. Experimental data can be collected in real-time, and experimental characteristic curves can be dynamically displayed in real-time. Experimental data files can be saved in the form of Access commonly used databases or SQLserve large databases, facilitating resource sharing and network management for customers, as well as user reanalysis. For various user-defined Word 2000 reports, this software can easily access them, solving the problem of different users or the same user having different needs for experimental reports at different times. This software can process raw data of experimental force, displacement, time, deformation, and the resulting curves.

2.2 Protection function: This machine has two limit protection methods: software and mechanical, and the proportion of automatic shutdown exceeding the maximum load can be dynamically set; It has multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, etc.

2.3 For load and deformation channels, automatic labeling can be achieved, which is intuitive and convenient.

Batch experiments can achieve hierarchical display of curves and automatic curve following.

2.5 This software can achieve user-defined speed settings and computer adjustment of speed. It can also achieve high-precision speed calibration and adjust the speed gear and encoding at any time.
