Scheme description:

2.1 Host:

The testing machine uses AC servo motor as power source; The advanced chip integration technology, the specially designed PCI data acquisition, amplification and control system, and the test force, deformation amplification, A/D conversion process have realized full digital adjustment. This machine can test and analyze the mechanical properties of various metals, nonmetals and composite materials, and is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, wire, cable, textile, fiber, plastic, rubber, ceramics, food, medical packaging, aluminum plastic pipe, plastic doors and windows, geotextile, film, wood, paper, metal materials and manufacturing industries. It can be used according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN ISO and other standards automatically calculate the maximum test force, breaking force, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, bending modulus of elasticity and other test data.

2.1.1 The main engine is mainly composed of base, beam and column. The upper, middle and lower beams form a single space, and the middle beam can realize stepless lifting. The column connects the beam into a portal structure with high strength and rigidity to ensure accurate and safe test.

2.1.2 AC servo motor is selected as the motor: the fastest response frequency in the industry is 2.0kHz, and the response speed is fast; The beam moves smoothly and stops without vibration, effectively shortening the high-precision positioning time, with low noise during operation. With the latest controller, the controllable speed can achieve the highest stable speed in the industry; The protection level reaches TP67 standard, and the environment is more adaptable.

2.1.3 Deceleration system: synchronous belt transmission and deceleration are adopted, with low noise, stable operation and high speed control accuracy. The company is equipped with a dedicated CNC gear hobbing machine to effectively ensure the accuracy and roughness of the synchronous belt gear teeth. The reduction ratio and synchronous belt tensioning method are accurately calculated and reasonably designed to ensure the stable operation of the beam and the long-term good operation of the synchronous belt.

2.1.4 Sensor: a high-performance sensor specially developed for the testing machine industry, with high precision and long service life. The external part is made of stainless steel, which has good waterproof performance, and the protection grade can reach IP67.

2.1.5 Transmission system: Seiko double nut pre tightening grinding lead screw with up to 72 processes is selected. The pre tightening force is precisely controlled to eliminate the transmission clearance, ensure the precision by grinding, and ensure the hardness of the raceway by heat treatment process. The drive of the lead screw is stable, with low noise, long service life, and life-long maintenance free.

2.1.6 Appearance: the main engine housing is made of aluminum alloy by one-time extrusion, with high hardness, good rigidity and no deformation. The surface is sanded, which is beautiful and durable overall.

2.2 Control system:

2.2.1 The machine adopts built-in controller to ensure that the test machine can achieve closed-loop control of constant velocity displacement and constant velocity test force.

2.2.2 AC servo motor shall be adopted with stable and reliable performance and protection devices for overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, overload, etc. The speed regulation ratio can reach 1:10000.

2.2.3 The electrical control circuit shall refer to the international standards and comply with the national electrical standards for testing machines. It has strong anti-interference ability and ensures the stability of the controller and the accuracy of the experimental data.

2.2.4 Automatic shift: automatically switch to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of the measured data; Realizing the automatic shift, zero adjustment, calibration and archiving of physical zero adjustment, gain adjustment and test force measurement in the true sense, without any analog adjustment link, and highly integrated control circuit

2.2.5 Condition storage: test control data and sample conditions can be made into modules, which facilitates the batch test;

2.2.6 Automatic transmission: during the test, the speed of moving the beam can be changed automatically according to the preset program or manually;

2.2.7 Automatic calibration: the system can automatically calibrate the indication accuracy;

2.2.8 Automatic saving: after the test, the test data and curve are automatically saved;

2.2.9 Process realization: the test process, measurement, display and analysis are all completed by the microcomputer;

2.2.10 Batch test: for samples with the same parameters, it can be completed in sequence after setting once;

2.3 Software:

The measurement and control software is used for microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine to conduct tests on various metals and nonmetals (such as wood-based panels), and complete various functions such as real-time measurement and display, real-time control and data processing, result output and report printing according to corresponding standards.

2.3.1 Test software: Chinese Windows interface, menu prompt, mouse operation



2.3.2 Display mode: data and curve are displayed dynamically with the test process;

2.3.3 Curve traversal: after the test, the curve can be re analyzed, and the test data corresponding to any point on the curve can be found with the mouse;

2.3.4 Curve selection: stress strain, force displacement, force time, displacement time curves can be selected as required for display and printing;


2.3.5 Test report: the report can be prepared and printed according to the format required by the user; With network interface, it can transmit, store, print records and network transmission printing of data, and can be connected to the internal LAN or Internet network of the enterprise.

2.3.6 Limit protection: program control and mechanical two-level limit protection;

2.3.7 Automatic stop: after the sample breaks, the moving beam stops automatically;


2.3.8 Overload protection: when the load exceeds 3-5% of the maximum value of each gear, it will stop automatically;

2.3.9 The test software has a built-in standard network interface, through which the test data can be transmitted to the network. The software manual and help document have detailed descriptions and configuration methods for this interface. The network software can exchange and transmit data with the test software through this interface. We assist users in networking, but we do not customize the network interface for users alone, nor assume the responsibility of negotiating and coordinating with relevant network companies. If it involves sending software personnel to the user's site for service, corresponding fees shall be charged.

The test results can be obtained automatically and manually, and the report form can be formed automatically, which makes the data analysis process simple.
